State Poly Hockey Finals

Location: Lansing

The 2010 State Poly Hockey Finals will take place at the Summit at the Capital Centre (sports complex) in Lansing, Michigan on November 19 and 20. The Summit is located at 9410 Davis Hwy in Diamondale, Michigan.

The State Poly Hockey Tournament is one of seven state-level competitions annually for Special Olympics Michigan, but the state level is just a slice of the more than 400 annual local and regional competitions.

Poly Hockey is an adaptive sport similar to floor hockey. Athletes use plastic hockey sticks and pucks and play on a floor surface. The poly hockey competition will consist of both team play and an individual skills contest.
