This annual benefit for athletes of Special Olympics Michigan Area 11 (Kent & Barry Counties) will include an auction of our exquisitely decorated trees, wreaths and centerpieces. The evening also includes delicious food, drinks, silent auction and entertainment.

Featuring - Juliet Dragos – WZZM Channel 13 anchor as emcee and Tony Gates WLAV radio as auctioneer!

Entertainment Schedule for Festival of Trees Display Week from 11/22-11/29

Beautifully designed trees will be on display from Sunday, November 22 – Sunday, November 29. Come vote for your favorite decorated tree. You can also view model trains all week.

Tuesday, November 24

5:00-8:00 p.m. Bedtime Stories w/Santa (Meet Jeffery L. Schatzer, national award-winning author of children’s picture books and historical fiction chapter books and advocate who shares his love for reading and writing with children.) Come in PJ’s and bring a camera. Cocoa and cookies will be served.

1:00 p.m. Kevin Kammeraad, local author and performer. Kevin captivates and motivates people of all ages through poetry, music, puppetry, audience participation and humor.

2:00 p.m. Alyson Dells, sketch artist

3:00 p.m. Jeff Schroeder, song writer and singer of children’s music

10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.   Woodland Carvers demonstrating their craft

3:00-5:00 p.m. Crafts and Fun for Children (Face Painting, Christmas Crafts, Balloons) Tony Przybylski (clown) will be making balloon animals for children.
