Approximately 450 athletes and 125 coaches/chaperones will be participating.The event is scheduled for March 10, 2012 at Western Michigan University's Student Recreation Center (SRC).

REGISTRATION

All basketball registration will take place at the Student Recreation Center (SRC) beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. At registration all athlete drops must be recorded. Only athletes listed on your original basketball roster may be activated.

MEALS

****New for 2012. We will be handing out box lunches for all registered athletes, coaches and chaperones. They will be handed out at the Student Recreation Center on the first floor by the racquetball courts. Because of long lines and time constraints there will be NO MORE $5 coupons for the Bernhard Center.

PARKING

Basketball parking will be available at the large lot directly to the east of the Student Recreation Center. As you approach the SRC from Oliver Street, the lot is located to your right.

Parking is also available in the parking ramp on Michigan Avenue. Busses will need to park in lot #10 on Oliver Street. Cars can also park in Lot #10 at no charge. People can park at any other location on campus, including metered spaces (on Saturday only), without paying. There is no parking enforcement on campus after 4:00 p.m. on Friday and on the weekends

AWARDS

1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals as well as place ribbons will be awarded.

MISCELLANEOUS

Each team should bring their own basketballs for warm-ups before the games. Game balls will be provided.

It is recommended that each coach bring a bag to carry the team's valuables in during play.
