Special Olympics Michigan staff member Belinda Laughlin was promoted to Manager of Field Services for the Northern Region and Upper Peninsula Region effective June 1.

Belinda took on the role of Field Services Coordinator for the Northern Region in the fall of 2011. With her new duties, Belinda will service the Upper Peninsula Region and assist with programming at area management team building.

Belinda has been part of the Special Olympics Michigan team for 14 years, and with her area knowledge she will assist in helping the areas grow and develop.
