Get Involved with Torch Run
To get involved with the Law Enforcement Torch Run®, call the Special Olympics Michigan State Headquarters at 989.774.3911 or e-mail the Torch Run Liaison Andrea Rachko at Rachk1am@cmich.edu.
Some examples of involvement opportunities include the following:
- Host or run in a local community run
- Participate in a Polar Plunge
- Put on an event for LETR - do not reinvent the wheel
- Sell some of the 2011 Sale Merchandise - all sale items can be found at (insert a link to that tab)
- Encourage a local business to make a contribution or sponsor the Torch Run
- Set up a recruitment meeting with Andrea Rachko, Torch Run Liaison
- Volunteer as a medal presenter for one of the 9 Statewide Competitions
