Julie is serving her first term on the board. She is currently serving on the Finance and Program Committees. She is the Director of Student Support Services at Huron Valley Schools where she manages special education services for 1,400 students, oversees homebound and home schooled students, and assists with health related services. Previously, Julie was a Speech Pathologist and Special Education Teacher at Crestwood Schools in Schiller Park, Illinois and at Putnam County Schools in Ohio. Julie received support to start district track & field and bowling in her area. She enjoys scrapbooking and knitting. She lives in Milford with her husband, Bill. They have a daughter, Emily, a Special Olympics athlete.
